I`m offering InfraRed receiver for any common remonte control <RC> for example for TV`s, HiFi`s, terminals for cable TV or parabol antennas. Of course that you`ve a several RC`s at your home. With my infrared receiver is possible to command your PC, under Windows 95, 98, 98 SE, 2000, Me, Win XP, fully functioned under Windows NT, but is necessary delete any *.dll files which is marking errors.
Warranty on InfraRed receiver lasts 24 months.

What can you using this remonte control for:

- to switch on any aplications (Winamp, micro DvD, radio etc.)
- accomplishment of events in Windows system, for example in aplication of Winamp play, next track, previous track, play list etc.
– change of volume (Volume Control, Wave, CD player ...)
– every mouse movements
– keyboards short names and macros
– any move of windows -close, minimalization, maximalization
- shut down, log off, and restart of system
- monitor power manager – switch on/off, save screen
– playing the *.wav

Easy to use it if you want to use a new button on RC, all you need is in program Grider to switch button Learn event.

I`m offering two versions of infrared receiver:
1. Receiver placed on end-of-1,5m cable. Used scheme with higher sensitivity.
Price: InfraRed receiver + postage is 9 EUR.

Advantage : More sensible. Straight visibility of receiver with RC, possibility to route the receiver.

2. Receiver is placed directly on the 9pin cannon connector. Scheme with higher sensitivity. If the PC isn`t completely built in then bounce InfrRed signal particulary from white wall is strong enough to command your PC.
Price: InfraRed receiver + postage is 8 EUR.

Advantage: no cable, lower price.

Possible problems :

Problematic aplications: Receipt of code is unreliable if the program in PC is running at 100% application of load or is exacting for speed: teletext, multimedia (video, mp3). Then it depended of the speed of processor but commanding is possible with occasional failues from processor Pentium 120MHz (even lower). Some aplications using the drivers witch regulary, in small time intervals (periodically i.e. 50 micro seconds) taking off the driving of system (taking off is the line uniphase of microseconds) and like that is blocking receive of code. Then it comes the change in code in several bites ( during the time of these micro second), as it is periodically on te other place of code, that`s why the code is showing it self always another. The problem of this type you can solve by possible setting up of the problematic aplication, if it allow so. (Driver is running on level of the core of system and is not possible to give him priority.) - ATI VideoPlayer: if you run this, the receipt is nearly impossible, because in setted times is taking off driving of the system and blocking receipt for regular code (always other code differrent in some bites). - Teletext Cebra : (delivering with "PC TV Live") if you run this the receipt of code is impossible because aplication makes the processor run on 100% and regulary is taking off driving of the system in small intervals (freqvency of TV - 50Hz).
